Our team at Linkedist believes that leadership visibility is key to driving a company’s success!
So, when CapitalBox – a top European fintech lender dedicated to helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) – reached out to us in the Summer of 2023 to boost the LinkedIn presence of their C-level executives, we were thrilled to support them on this journey.
Their initial goal was to build strong personal brands that would reflect the company’s commitment to supporting European SMEs. We were excited to partner with them on this journey and are now proud to share the results.

The challenge 💪🏼
Alternative lending is not yet widely used by SMEs; hence, our biggest challenge was to use employee communication to increase brand awareness and trust.
In other words, with employee communication, we had to make sure that we educated small firms about alternative lending benefits and misconceptions, supported SMEs, and provided information for SMEs on how to plan the future and the growth of the company, fintech, growth, startups, etc.
The task was to create a cohesive LinkedIn strategy that would resonate both on the company page and through individual profiles, ensuring that the brand's message was consistently and effectively communicated across all fronts.
Another exciting challenge we had to consider was the different markets – Denmark, the Netherlands, Lithuania, Finland, and Sweden – and all their communication nuances.
To increase brand awareness, we started by auditing the company page to ensure it ticks all the right boxes and includes all the relevant information.
We then carried on with our biggest task – an employee ambassadorship program that included the following:
optimizing 10 personal profiles of C-level executives from different markets (Sweden, Denmark, The Netherlands, Switzerland)
organizing 10 personal branding calls to evaluate how ambassadors wanted people to remember them, what industry topics resonated with them, their tone of voice, target audience, and much more
outlining a strategy for C-level personal communication based on the personal branding calls
organizing overview calls every 6 months
contributing to collaborative articles for 4 personal profiles
helping with company page posts as well as additional services such as Thought Leader ads and much more

Throughout our work together with the CapitalBox team, we’ve achieved the following results:
Our collaboration was more than just working with LinkedIn campaigns; it was about partnerships. CapitalBox was the main sponsor of the AI Lithuania Hackathon 2024, which Linkedist and the AI Lithuania Association organized. This means that we always provide awareness opportunities for our clients outside our usual services.
